Ingredients: Organic Vegetables (Organic Carrots, Organic Kale, Organic Onion), Organic Wheat Flour, Organic Quinoa Cooked In Water, Organic Chopped Almonds, Organic Soybean Oil, Sea Salt, Organic Spices, Organic Garlic.

Heating Instructions:
Microwave: Place one (1) burger on a microwave safe dish and heat on HIGH
for 30-45 seconds each side or until hot. Let stand for 1 minute before
serving.
Skillet: Preheat a non-stick pan over MEDIUM heat. Place one (1) burger on
the skillet and heat for 3-4 minutes each side. Let stand for 1 minute before
serving.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place three (3) burgers on a
cookie sheet and place them in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 375°F or until
hot. Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
