Taco Enchiladas

- Your favorite Don Lee Farms Tacos
- 1 can (10 oz) red enchilada sauce
- 6–8 slices American or cheddar cheese
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges, to serve
- Cilantro-lime rice, to serve
Make It
- Heat oven to 375°F and arrange the Tacos in a baking dish.
- Tuck a slice of cheese into each taco.
- Spoon red enchilada sauce generously over the top.
- Bake 10–12 minutes, until hot and the cheese melts.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges and cilantro-lime rice.
