Raise a Dispute

We take every genuine concern seriously and we resolve most of them by talking. Our Terms of Use require an individualized Notice of Dispute and a 60-day informal resolution period before any arbitration or court filing. This page is the fastest way to start that process.

First, the facts about this website

This website does not load third-party analytics, advertising pixels, session-replay software, or cross-site tracking technologies in visitors’ browsers. General traffic is measured only through standard server logs, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals. We do not sell or share personal information. These statements are verifiable from any page of this site using ordinary browser developer tools, and our hosting provider retains a dated history of every version of this site we have published.

How disputes are resolved

  1. Individualized Notice of Dispute. Submit the form below (or email ask@donleefarms.com) with your own information, a description of your dispute, the relief you seek with a calculation of any claimed damages, and your personally signed verification. A notice covering multiple people does not satisfy the Terms as to any of them.
  2. 60 days of good-faith resolution. We review every compliant Notice and work to resolve it directly. Either side may request an individualized video conference. This period is a condition precedent under our Terms of Use: a filing made without completing it may be subject to dismissal, stay, injunction, or other relief under the Terms, the administrator’s rules, and applicable law.
  3. Individual arbitration, if needed. Unresolved disputes proceed to binding individual arbitration before National Arbitration & Mediation (NAM) as set out in our Terms of Use §10, which governs the process in full. Small claims court remains available for qualifying individual claims.
