Don Lee Farms, based in California, is a leading manufacturer and co-packer of high-quality fully cooked fresh and frozen food products. Don Lee Farms produces a complete line of beef, pork, chicken, turkey, and vegetarian products for club stores, markets, restaurants, and schools. These products are available under the Don Lee Farms label, private brands, and under brands of our partners.

In April of 1982, Don Lee Farms started with a single manually operated corn dog machine. With the company's only delivery van, the company delivered hand dipped honey battered corn dogs to waiting customers. Less than two years later, the company quickly expanded and a complete line of fully cooked beef and pork products soon followed.

Don Lee Farms' manufacturing facility of industrial cooking equipment is capable of producing a variety of prepared food items. Don Lee Farms uses state-of-the-art multi-purpose ovens, flame broilers, kettles, deep fryers, and automatic corn dog machines to produce fully cooked products including taco meat, meatballs, hamburger patties, and corn dogs. USDA selected Don Lee Farms’ state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for a voluntary processor-maintained control system and was approved by the USDA Food Safety Inspection Service as a Total Quality Control Plant. The production facility operates under HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) and SSOP (Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures). Although not required by any regulation, Don Lee Farms employees a large independent Quality Assurance staff who perform at least fourteen separate quality assurance checks, including weights, temperatures, formulation, organo-oleptic, metal, and bone detection. Thousands of samples are sent each year to an independent laboratory for microbiological testing.

Don Lee Farms evaluates its environmental impact throughout the entire life cycle of its products - from raw materials, processing, manufacture and distribution to disposal and recycling. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact through policies regulating raw material and product recycling. We encourage the production of biodiesel fuel using manufacturing byproducts including vegetable oil. Don Lee Farms is dedicated to operating a clean, safe, and energy-efficient manufacturing facility, and works to comply and exceed community, state and federal standards.
